Film Screenings

28-29 February (during Family Weekend)
Inspired by legends of chivalric knights, battles, noble causes and a code of honour, these films tell tales of Arthur and Excalibur and the exceptional skills of the warrior elite 'Mamluks', celebrated for their horsemanship and military discipline.
With the Sirat Antar being compared to English literature's Arthurian romances, the culture of chivalry will be rewritten and adapted for generations to come.

Curated by Hind Mezaina and Rinku Awtani
