Practical Information
Duration: approx. 40minutes.
Sessions time slots are fixed. Visitors are recommended to arrive 15 minutes beforehand to avoid missing the session.

Timings: Select your date and time directly on the booking page
- Weekdays: 10am to 6:30pm (last entry: 6pm)
- Weekends: 10am to 8:30pm (last entry: 8pm)

Languages: Arabic, English, French.
Capacity: suitable to Individuals & Groups up to 10 visitors per session maximum.
Accessibility: The VR Experience and space is accessible to wheelchairs.
Dress code: VR Headsets are adjustable, wearable on top of UAE national dress.
Bags and other items: We recommend doing the experience hands-free. Lockers are available in the location for visitors to store their personal belongings during the experience.
Additional Facilities: a cloakroom is available outside the space, washrooms, prayer rooms and F&B retail options are also located nearby.
